Mark Sutton has 25 years of experience in selling industrial and commercial properties within the western suburbs and has a direct involvement in sales and developments.

Mark has established Sutton Commercial Industrial having previously been the Industrial Manager of a large city firm.

Commencing his real estate career on 1984, Mark worked with some of the major real estate companies in Melbourne concentrating on sales and leasing of Commercial and Industrial properties in the western suburbs. Over the years, Mark has associated with some of the largest firms in the western suburbs relocating and developing their new premises.

Experience has brought a large client base and knowledge of the West for its value and potential.

Mark has seen the West experience a significant change over the last 10 years with new industrial subdivisions, warehouse facilities and commercial developments, a number of which he has been directly involved in and ensuring a knowledge and contact list of genuine purchasers keen to do business in the west.
